Legal Fees

All initial consultations are free. You will only be charged legal fees if we obtain compensation or money on your behalf. If we recover compensation for you, the fees that we charge will be based on a percentage of the amount obtained.

You will never be in a situation where the amount of your legal fees is greater than the amount obtained on your behalf. The amount of the percentage charged is mutually agreed upon at the outset of your case and is confirmed in writing.

There are never any surprises at the conclusion of your case.
